1. Open your photo.
2. Select the Custom Shape Tools then size and shape the heart as you wish.
3. Now select the heart layer and left-click it while holding Ctrl key. Now press Ctrl+Shift+I(this will inverse the selection) and then press Del key 2 times:
4. Now it’s time to add some effects. Use the settings below:
