In this tutorial, I will show you how to change the color of a car in a photo.

1. Open your image.

2. Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool and do a selection of the entire car. Then, while holding the Alt key, select the parts of the car that don’t have to change colour(holding the Alt key removes that selection):

3. Now go to Edit>>Copy and then Edit>>Paste. Now select the newly created layer and hit Ctrl+Shift+U (this will desaturate the selection)

4. And now it’s time to play. Go to Image>>Adjustments>>Variations and create the colour you like. Just make sure the settings are like these:
