Make your text/logo look like it’s carved in wood.
1. Find a wood texture and open it in Photoshop.
2. Now go to Image>>Duplicate. Select the new created document(with the Marquee Tool or press Ctrl+A) and go to Edit>>Define Pattern. Name the pattern as you wish, and then close the second document.
3. Now in the first document, add text or your logo.
4. Now add the following layer styles with the following settings:
5. And you’re done. Your text should now look like this:
